Senior consultant with experience of innovation in active labour market policies. He has a multidisciplinary knowhow that allowed him to develop skills in several areas: creativity and innovation, creative problem solving, anticipation of future scenarios, co-creation, design thinking, network analysis, policy development. He has a long experience in leading projects on the labour market and labour policies, learning, personal development systems in education, training, labour market, career development.
Professional consultant with a good experience on the innovation of education and training services and active labour market policies. He has a basic knowhow of humanistic background that is currently going to be contaminated with knowledge from social research, design thinking, policy development and social networking. He has good experience in participating as a consultant in projects on issues of labour market and labour policies, education and training and career development.
PhD sociologist in social policies and development of territory. She has a ten years long experience in the field of social research, design of services about social and working inclusion. Moreover, she is an expert of issues about territorial welfare and cultural integration. Over the latest years she took part to several projects in the areas of employability and people empowerment.
